We’ll start with a brief explanation of what tiny mobile houses are. These are minimalist, undersized objects that are built on a trailer-type body. A mini house on wheels can be pulled by a passenger car, thus allowing you to move freely with all your belongings.

Tiny Houses do not require a building permit (They do not exceed 35 sq. m.). In most cases, the authorization you need to travel with a tiny house is a Cat B + E driver’s license. This applies to houses that weigh less than 3.5 tons and the dimensions are within the limits:

up to 2.55 m wide;
up to 7 meters in length;
up to 4 meters high.
